My journey into breathwork began not as a profession, but as a personal turning point.

After navigating stress, emotional burnout, and the quiet burden of carrying more than I realised, breathwork became the place where I could finally exhale and reconnect with parts of myself that had long been silenced.

Now, I offer that same sanctuary to others. A space to pause, to breathe, and to feel.

Whether someone arrives with quiet struggles or simply seeks stillness in the noise, they’re welcomed just as they are.

My role isn’t to fix or push, but to gently guide each individual through their own experience safely, respectfully, and at their own pace.

No judgment. No pressure. Just presence, breath, and the freedom to unfold.

Large Group Sessions


Breathe together in a shared space of up to ten. These sessions carry a powerful collective energy — inviting deep release, connection, and the reminder that you're not alone.

Small Group Sessions

Rest into your own floating hammock in a softly lit, intimate space shared with just five others. These sessions offer quiet connection, deep release, and the comfort of being held — by the space, by the breath, and by the gentle rhythm of those beside you.

Individual Sessions

Sink into your own hammock in a private sanctuary designed just for you. These one-on-one sessions offer personalised support, gentle guidance, and the space to go deeper at your own pace.
